Coming soon here will be more reviews and write-ups from Magazines and the press (once we’ve scanned them in!)

In the meantime, this is what The Wire had to say about Night Of The Flavigator by Grandeurs Of Delusion:

“London and Northeast England-based NozL and sister imprint Bloodied Blade, with their involvement in the Community Scratch Games, are a nexus for b-boy sensibilities in European underground music. Following Lone Wolf’s unique hybrids of Dubstep with Jungle and Metal, they turn their attention here to fabulously rude and ugly Rave-influenced warehouse Electrobass: six tracks dripping with Detroit / Den Haag funk embellished with some vintage Hardcore hoovers and slathered with squirts and spurts of virtuoso scratching. Performing similarly to the 303 in Acid House, the slurpy, ever-changing sounds of scratched sounds perfectly counterpoint Electro’s mechanistic bounce, and the sense of human physical movement in them is irresistible.”

and ATM Magazine:
“Obviously someone forgot to tell these guys that scratching was supposed to be dead. And thank god they did, because ‘Night of the Flavigator’ is as banging a release as you’re going to find all year. Break your neck.”
